New Client Policy
ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST SCHEDULE A MEET-AND-GREET before the first requested service is to be completed.
This allows for everyone to meet, questions and concerns to be addressed, and, most importantly, it is a much less stressful way for your beloved pet(s) to meet the Professional Caregiver.
Meet-and-Greets are complimentary.
Cancellation & Requests to Reschedule Policy
To cancel or reschedule your Overnight Pet Care services, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. You can call or text to cancel or reschedule at: (505) 356-9483. Please leave a message if you get the voicemail. You can also email us at: furtheloveofanimals.vt@gmail.com.
A Last-Minute Cancellation Fee for Overnight Pet Care services cancelled within 72 hours of service will be applied. The fee will be 25% of your total due for the scheduled care, and it must be paid in full prior to future bookings being approved.
A Last-Minute Rescheduling Fee of $15.00 for Overnight Pet Care services rescheduled within 72 hours of service will be applied. However, Fur the Love of Animals cannot guarantee availability for same-day rescheduling, especially during peak seasons.

A Same-Day Cancellation Fee for Overnight Pet Care services cancelled within 24 hours of service will be applied. The fee will be 50% of your total due for the scheduled care, and it must be paid in full prior to future bookings being approved.
A Same-Day Rescheduling Fee of $25.00 for Overnight Pet Care services rescheduled within 24 hours of service will be applied. However, Fur the Love of Animals cannot guarantee availability for same-day rescheduling, especially during peak seasons.

Please note that while we do not charge a fee for last minute cancellations or requests to reschedule for our services (aside from overnight care as outlined above), repeated cancellations or requests to reschedule will require 50% of the service to be paid in advance prior to the request being approved and scheduled.
Exceptions to the policies outlined above are at the sole discretion of Fur the Love of Animals.
If this is an emergency booking, please call and leave a detailed message at: (505) 356-9483. We will do our best to assist you but we cannot guarantee last minute availability, especially to new clients.
Relationship Termination
Fur the Love of Animals reserves the right to discontinue services for a client at any time without notice.
At which point, all unclaimed services from a Package Deal or other prepaid services not yet completed will be refunded in full reflective of pricing at the time of purchase.

Future reservations of services will not be permitted.

Clients may decide at any time to discontinue services offered by Fur the Love of Animals.
At which point, all unclaimed services from a Package Deal or other prepaid services not yet completed will receive a 50% refund reflective of pricing at the time of purchase.
